These Terms of Service govern your use of mecozlabel.site and any purchases you make. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

2. Accounts

You must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for keeping your login details confidential and for all activity under your account. Please provide accurate, current information.

3. Orders & Acceptance

All orders are subject to acceptance and availability. After you place an order it enters "Processing"; we will review and either approve or decline it, and you will be notified by email. We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order.

4. Pricing

Prices are shown in US Dollars and are subject to change. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur; if a product is listed at an incorrect price we may cancel the order and notify you.

5. Shipping & Returns

Delivery times are estimates. Items may be returned in original, unworn condition within 30 days — please see our Shipping & Returns page for full details. Bespoke and personalised items are non-returnable.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including the Mecoz Label name, logo, imagery, and text — is our property or used with permission, and may not be reproduced without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Mecoz Label is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.
